Users will greatly benefit from the interoperability of iBwave’s products. Projects uploaded in iBwave Unity can be accessed and modified by any RF engineer or technician using iBwave Design or iBwave Mobile. With a few easy clicks, users working onsite can download an existing project to their mobile device, take a few pictures or videos as they walk through the venue, and then upload the new geo-located annotations to iBwave Unity so other colleagues, even those working remotely, can have access. Paperwork, camcorders, cameras and laptops are no longer needed. The transfer of floor plans and design information has never been easier. Be it skyscrapers or moderate-sized office buildings, stadiums or shopping centers, the need for optimum wireless coverage and data capacity inside buildings is rapidly growing. The company says the rise in demand makes it essential for professionals to have easy access to design tools that will simplify their work. “iBwave Mobile is accessible to everyone,” says the company CEO, Mario Bouchard, “so that all users will be able to speed up their design planning and deployment process, while also having fun with the new application.” |

After great anticipation, iBwave is pleased to announce the launch of iBwave Mobile, the first app of its kind now available to the growing in-building wireless industry. The free app allows users to conduct on the fly site surveys with an Android or iOS smartphone or tablet, eliminating almost all of the paper work normally involved. The company has also launched iBwave Unity Cloud, a new format of the comprehensive iBwave Unity management platform, which is accessible for free to existing iBwave customers and customizable to meet each of their unique corporate growth needs.
