Following the award of the fixed voice license by CITC in April 2019, Integrated Telecom Company (ITC), a leader in information and communications technology services announced the launch of the fixed telecom services offering voice and unified communication services (UC) based on a cutting-edge cloud solution in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

ITC will provide the Cisco BroadSoft Business portfolio which includes Cloud PBX, Unified communication, team collaboration, SIP trunk and many more other innovative collaboration applications. These services will allow ITC customers to have a full fledge advanced telephony and unified communication functionality at their finger-tips without the hassle of owning and maintaining the PBX itself through the access of their IP phones, mobile devices, or desktop clients.
