The capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh, is getting ready for one of the largest hybrid events: Connecting the World from the Skies. The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and the Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) will host, in cooperation with the Saudi Space Commission, the forum that will be held at the commission’s headquarters on November 8–10, 2022.
In light of the Kingdom’s futurist vision and projects, this event will provide an in-person and online networking opportunity for industry pioneers and tech and space giants. The attendees will include public and private sector executives, in addition to researchers and ICT innovators. Participants will discuss the status of airborne and spaceborne wireless networks and radio communication and will look into the importance of tech solutions and pertinent policies.
