The UAE Government has launched the U-Ask platform, which is an AI-powered chatbot for government services. Its beta version is currently accessible through the official UAE Government portal.

Utilizing generative AI technology, this platform offers users a centralized location to access information about government services in both Arabic and English. This includes details about service requirements, personalized information based on user preferences and direct application links.

Her Excellency Ohood bint Khalfan Al Roumi, Minister of State for Government Development and the Future, as well as the Chairperson of the Higher Committee for Government Digital Transformation, stated that the platform will contribute to the committee's objective of advancing the government's digital initiatives. It aims to integrate and coordinate various projects while enhancing the efficiency of the government's systems.

Al Roumi further mentioned that the committee is continuously improving the UAE Government's digital systems. This involves upgrading infrastructure and systems to ensure streamlined services that cater to people's needs.

Mohamed bin Taliah, Chief of Government Services for the UAE Government, highlighted the user-friendliness and flexible nature of the chatbot platform. He emphasized that users can conveniently access government services through this platform.
