Russian Satellite Communications Company (RSCC) took part in CABSAT 2021, a major event in the Middle East region for satellite communications, television and radio broadcasting as well as digital media industry. The international exhibition and panel discussions are held in Dubai for three days: from 26 to 28 October.

At the exhibition, RSCC has presented a wide range of satellite solutions, which, using the capacity of modern Express-AM8, Express-AM44, Express-AM7 and Express-AM6 satellites, may be applied in the MENA-countries. With help of these satellites, it is possible to provide high-quality services in the region, including television and radio broadcasting, data exchange, Internet access, etc.

Another popular and promising area, maritime VSAT, was also touched upon: an innovative solution using Express-AM series based on maritime VSAT technology allows RSCC to provide a wide range of digital communication and broadcasting services on vessels of various classes and purposes.

Sheikh Hasher Bin Maktoum Al Maktoum, director general of Dubai department of information, got acquainted with the main services and capabilities of the RSCC satellite constellation too. As part of the delegation, he visited the company’s stand and talked with RSCC General Director Alexey Volin.

Cabsat is an annual event, which gathers satellite industry professionals. They formulate, sculpt and define growth strategies for satellite communications, covering commercial markets, mobile communications, maritime, aviation and space industries. During the conference, leading experts also present their latest innovations and solutions in broadcast, media, production and delivery of content, as well as technology.
