In the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed Bin Khalid Al-Abdullah Al-Faisal, chairman of the board of directors of stc Group, the minister of communications and information technology, His Excellency Eng. Abdullah Bin Amer Al-Sawaha, visited the stc stall during the @Hack event.
Along with other Highnesses and Excellencies, they were received by stc Group CEO Eng. Olayan Bin Mohammad Al-Wetaid and a number of the Group's executives.
His Excellency was briefed on the latest technologies offered by the Group in the field of cybersecurity, as the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is witnessing a growth in the size of the cybersecurity market. In light of the digital transformation that the Kingdom is witnessing, the annual spending is reaching 13% and a spending volume of 3 billion Saudi riyals (SAR) annually is expected.
stc is the partner and digital enabler for the @Hack event, the largest cybersecurity event in the Middle East, which is organized by the Saudi federation for cybersecurity programming and drones in collaboration with the general entertainment authority.
Supporting the events and meetings from 200 participating cybersecurity speakers and experts is Sirar by stc, which was launched by stc Group to enable and protect the expedition of the digital transformation and infrastructure by reviewing the latest solutions, products and technologies that it offers to its customers.
