Khaled Hegazy, chief business officer, Etisalat Misr proudly announced the signing of a cooperation agreement with Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) and Nile Online, to provide technical support, training, and create job opportunities for more than 2,000 youth.

“Our best asset is our young and talented people. Enabling the potential of our youth through technology is key for driving the future of Egypt,” says Khaled.

The signing ceremony has taken place at Egypt’s Pavillion at Expo 2020 Dubai in the presence of both H.E. Dr. Amr Talaat, minister of Communications and Information Technology and Dr. Amr Mahfouz, chief executive officer of ITIDA. C-level executives within Etisalat Misr, namely chairman, Eng. Gamal el Sadat, CEO Eng. Hazem Metwally, CFO Ehab Rochdy, and acting CCAO Hossam ElMeadawy also attended the event.

To highlight, the importance of this collaboration will focus on developing Etisalat Misr’s competitive edge in information technology services, preparing Egypt’s youth for the jobs of tomorrow.
