The annual Zain Group Ordinary General Assembly was held today at the Zain Group’s headquarters in Kuwait, attended with a quorum of 73.91% that approved the recommended cash dividend of 30% (30 fils per share) to the shareholders already registered in the company's record date of Wednesday 3 April 2019.
